ATOM — Airport Terminal Operations Manager
The Airport Terminal Operations Manager (ATOM) course introduces students to airport terminal functioning and the operational ecosystem supporting safe, efficient, and passenger-friendly airport services. It is a first-of-its-kind aviation course designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of airport terminal operations, policies, procedures, passenger service systems, and industry best practices.
